My name is Jayme, and I have an unwavering belief in the power yoga has to heal. Combining ancient practices with modern research in mental health, I offer transformative practices for holistic wellness.

My Story

For as long as I can remember, anxiety has been a companion of mine. It was this truth that guided me to study psychology. After graduating, I soon realized that working the field in its classic sense felt incomplete. It seemed to me that more often than not, we were treating our clients' symptoms, never tapping into their true roots. Throughout this time, I had built a consistent yoga practice and was beginning to notice something - a gradual shift in my physiology; a growing toolkit of practical skills to overcome my omni-present anxiety. This inspired me to deepen my studies of yoga by completing my first teacher training in 2023. Since then, I have been on a mission to bring these same tools for healing and resilience to as many people as possible.
